 How do I return or exchange a product 

All products on site are made to order so as a result, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All Sales Are Final!!! 

If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, we will exchange them for the same type of product in the same size after a clear picture of the defect is sent to us through email.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the process, you can contact us at limitlesslegaciesllc@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, the package should be returned to the original shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for return shipping.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 How do I cancel or make changes to an order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
