Shipping policy

-Once you place an order we cannot cancel and adjust orders. Our items are custom made. So before checking out please make sure all info is correct ie, size, amount, color, and the correct shipping address.

- Our shipping carrier is through USPS (United States Postal Service) Note Due to Covid-19 shipping may experience longer times for processing 

-Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within the US (excluding holidays) is 7-14 business days.

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, You can track your package via USPS.com with your tracking number and contact them directly for updates on your package.

-If you have a problem with your shipment, such as not receiving a package that has marked as delivered on the tracking info provided, please contact the shipping carrier and they will be able to further assist you. 

-Limitless Legacies is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by the shipping carrier.
